Well, the pictures in the srticle are from the TV series, not from the movie. But, it is a nice article.

I only remember some of the animated ones. But thank God! he looks atrocious there. i've seen better.

The Hulk pictured in the article is indeed from the series and is played by Lou Ferrigno who has a cameo in the Ang Lee movie as the Head of Security.
It's interesting to note that in the article, Hurd says they're "so thrilled that we've got an indie sensibility that Ang Lee brings, a character-oriented sensibility," which sort of implies that non-idie directors, for the most part, are more interested in the eye candy and the wham-bam action rather than character development and depth.
