Hiho folks, Just a quick question. Would it be possible to alter the structure of the messageboard ever so slightly so that rather than seeing the time (or as well as) of the last post, you see the name of the last poster? this would allow you to keep track of wheather or not a new post has been added to a forum much faster than having to manually enter each one to see ------------------ - Self Proclaimed Genius |

There already is a way. Look at the little triangle to the left. If it glows bright, there's new stuff in there. If it's dimmer, there isn't. This works better than a name-of-last-contributor column would because it'll catch the change since you last came here even if the most recent posts in both cases were by the same person. |

Swordforum.com has been doing it that way for several months now. |

The triangle thing works only if you exit and enter your browser a lot. and they don't go dim after you've read the thread. And I bet that re:last person posted thing, will be in the new software. Maybe it will be our holiday present |
