Now some points of buissness:

#1. Not all of the mottos for the battalions have confirmed.
Commandants, please let me where you stand on your battalions motto. Even if it means telling me you are undecided.

#2. Brit requested a list of who-is-with-what-unit. So I finally decided to cross-reference the list. So if you want to know what all Battalions you are in either post your request here, or mail me & I'll let you know. (Cor, I didn't realize I was in that many...)

#3. I noticed as I was cross-referencing the Argosy Lists that I have Kitty_Kat listed as an Argosy member with out a battalion. I believe what may have happened was I wasn't thinking when I added her to TANG & added her to the Argosy Lists as well. However, I'd like to confirm this cuz if she actually is in the Argosy, I don't wanna write her off do to a misunderstanding. Anybody know which it is?

Well, I don't know that much more Welsh. I studied it for a year when I was at university in Wales, but it was never my top priority. Still it was fun to know how to pronounce the road signs, and how to order a beer. We never got as far as to the rude comments, however. My Polish on the other hand...

By the way, there are no Ks in Welsh so I think the spelling should be either Yaci da or possibly Yachi da, but that would change the pronounciation.

I noticed catsmeow posted in Thread 5 . . . and TFZ's site (the dk3 one, not the rhwolfe one) doesn't have catsmeow listed as a member at all.

Oh, while I'm at it, does Gvambat still have a battalion? IIRC Nox folded the evolutionary exploration division when Lil resigned from Argosy . . .

With regard to Kitty_Kat--she volunteered in the first thread. At that point, Nox classified her as an 'Officer Without Portfolio'; IIRC there were also others who didn't request a specific battalion when they joined. And I haven't seen any of her posts in any of the Argosy threads since then--although I only spent half an hour on this, so I might have missed something.

Really, though----if Dylan and Tyr really need to mow something down, why can't they come over and gun down all my dandelions?? Be advised, though, fellow Argosy members, that any reports that our house has wallpaper made of unfinished Things To Do lists are completely false. (Notice I did not disclaim drawer linings and shelf paper, however...) We actually have a very pretty floral wallpaper (oops---flowers again!) in the kitchen, and the living room is a nice, restful cream color that co-ordinates very well with my computer.

With exquisite maternal tact, Peridot completely avoids comment on the alleged "top bunk", as well as giving Anakam the honor of receiving Peri's first "razz smiley" ever.

I combined her two favourite things on DVD. It turned out much better than when I tried to fill Harper in as Neo.... that was just a tragedy.
