The sum or parts

Just a quick question.
I'm starting a fic right now, and I was wondering if people would rather that I write it first and then post it or post it in bits as I write it?

Depends on how long it is, how much you want to torture us, and how much you like feedback ... and do you take badgering well? Seriously, either way works, but the tantalizing little bits we get from frequent posting are always wonderful little treats (at least to me - others may have different opinions
) By the by, thanks for all your feedback on my current fic - I really do enjoy knowing that people are still reading. The few short works that I've posted as complete works never got much response - maybe they just stank, don't know. I'm looking forward to whatever you have in the works, though. --------------------

i find the story tends to be better if you write it all first...but you can still only post a bit a day and torture us
(thats half the fun) but don't listen to me i never do it the way i think is best
(parisindy bounces up and down) so will there be harper owies???

I change so much while I'm writing I have to write everything before I start posting. Once it's written I work through the whole thing again and post the parts as I edit them.
I also prefer reading them in parts. It's more difficult for me to sit down and read a whole story. Plus I like begging for more part...

I used to finish my stories abnd then start posting. I don't seem to be doing that anymore.
I still recommend finishing first, though. You can still post in parts and this way you know for sure the story will be finished.
