I was just looking at the listings for the next little while, and I noticed that Global Halifax (205 on ExpressVu satellite) has "The Unconquerable Man" listed for January 9th. Given Global's track record, I consider this "tentative", but I'll be checking it out. I don't have Global listings for that Saturday, yet, so I don't know about the rest of the country. Incidentally, the TV Guide teaser is: s p o i l e r s p a c e Quote:

The schedule for Winnipeg has an episode with a generic description listed for Jan 4th. I've e-mailed them to ask what it is but I probably won't get a response until tomorow. Here's hoping

O.K. here's what Global says about the schedule:This Saturday Jan 4th is a repeat. (Knight, Death and the Devil for me but YMMV) Saturday Jan. 11 - "The Unconquerable Man" Saturday Jan. 18 - "Delenda Est" Saturday Jan. 25 - "The Dark Backward" These are the air dates for Global and may not be the same as in the U.S.

From what I hear, the US is starting up with new episodes the week of Jan 13, so it looks like we'll be one week ahead again. Rhys |

Which means we get spoilers, right?

^ Well, as long as we're ahead of the US, I'll be making an effort to get synopses up on my site ASAP after an episode airs, and announcing it here when it's ready. I was doing pretty good with getting it up on Sunday most weeks when we got the eps Saturday night - I can't always guarantee that, but I'll do my best.

Blah....I've given up on global. But then I've almost given up on TV in general since I got back. I remember that it used to air on Thursdays and then on Saturday here in Toon Town, can anyone confirm that for me and maybe provide a time? Regardless, it'll be nice to see DROM without the airline delay etc... |

OK, it looks like this for next week (the 9th and 10th): Thurs 9th, 8 Atlantic, 7 Eastern - Global Halifax is running TUM Friday 10th, 8 Eastern - Globaln Ontario (TUM) Friday 10th, 8 Pacific (11 Eastern) - Global Vancouver (TUM) Saturday - not running in the usual slots. Note that the Friday airings are in Firefly's old slot. No idea about the rest of the country, but I also don't have any idea about the following week yet. This link: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/tv/ is the Globe & Mail's listings page, where you can search for your local listings. It's very useful.

Well, last I checked, it won't be back in February with new episodes, but it will be back on Sky's airwaves. They'll show DROM again on the 3rd of February all through the month starting with Its Hour Come 'Round At Last and continue to rerun season 2 through Belly Of The Beast (and pretty likely beyond, but that would be March's Programme Information...). That's the good news. The bad news is that Sky is airing them at 1 a.m at night . Go here for more information. And, something just worth noting...Stargate will air it's last episode of the season on the 26th of February (strangely enough though, the last episode to be aired is the 2nd to last of the season, with the actual season finale airing a week earlier) so that slot may be opening up, and didn't DROM air there at one stage? I'll keep my eye open for any more news and post it here when I find it . P.S: That's what you get for pasting episode titles from Sky's listings, they called It's Hour Come 'Round At Last, It's Hour Comes Round At Last Edited by John (2003/01/03 12:42 PM) |

Little correction, I just checked RadioTimes.com and it seems Sky will be airing all season 1 & 2 episodes, not just the cliffhanger and season 2 as I posted above. The reruns will start this Monday (6th) at 4.15 a.m. (after that 1.15/1 a.m.) with the series premiere. Just to be on the safe side, check your listings before you set the VCR up. The slots are not stable, with no consistant time or day and with no logical system in sight to explain it (a bit like Channel 4 really). And john clark, I'm sure you'll enjoy the five you haven't seen yet, you're in for a treat with Pitless As The Sun and A Heart For Falsehood Framed. Edited by John (2003/01/03 01:34 PM) |

Rhya, I'm actually having a very hard time determining whether Global Quebec is going to even be airing Andromeda episodes in the next two weeks, not alone new episodes. Do you have any info for the Quebec region? Thanks for your time. |

I haven't seen anything in the listings for Global Quebec. I use this site: http://www.theglobeandmail.com/tv/ which is the Globe & Mail's TV section, with searchable listings. Keep an eye on it. If you have Mystery Channel, they're apparently airing the new episodes on Wednesdays, 3x a day, starting on the 8th! (So, yes, ahead of anyone else!) Rhys |
