In accordance with BBS policy, 303 has been banned for a 24 hour period after accumulating 2 warnings (one for flaming, one for spamming).

Since it has come to our attention (from various places) that 303 is, in reality, The Jam, he receives an additional warning for a multiple user name. So the total adds up to twelve (12) - 9 warnings The Jam received, and 3 warnings 303 received. This translates to a ban of two months for both names, as per clarification of the warning system by Lisa here.
