Trance-scription- AAF plutarch68 Nightsider In the spirit of the thread started by Orpheus, in which it vaguely seemed as if he would like someone else to transcribe one or more episodes for lines spoken by Trance, I've decided to try opening this up for discussion. In the event of it producing some results, I'll do a couple more. I kinda feel like this belongs in Gen. Disc. but since this is where the first one is, this is where I'll put it. Times should be pretty specific, as this came off of a dvd. An Affriming Flame ------------------ 02:18 "He's all alone here. Now that he knows what he's up against, maybe we can convince him to surrender." 07:13 "So, what's it like being a mercerary? It sounds likeit'd be a really tough job. I guess it would allow youto travel a whole lot, which is kinda nice, but, it's not as if the locals'll be happy to see you arrive..'n I suppose that killing people's a real stressful way to make a living..." (Varastaya: Would you shut up ??!?) 07:28 "I'm sorry, was I distracting you? I don't mean to, it's just that some times I find that a little casual conversation..." (Varastaya: "Not another word!!!") Trance shrugs, and makes a combination hand / facial gesture, as if to say: Sorrrryyyyyy! She continues ahead, looks around the corner. 07:43 "Ms. killer lady?" Looks back and forth, seemingly confused. 07:45 "Ma'am?" Trance backs up,still glancing back and forth. 08:51 Trance runs to the end of the hallway and stops. 08:57 Trance looks hesitantly at Dylan, looks down at Varastaya, whom he's just rendered unconscious, smiles slightly, turns, and runs. 09:07 Dylan runs to hallway, turns corner, sees Trance on a ladder, waiting and seemingly toying with him. Trance waves coyly, and drops. Dylan runs and looks down, Trance is looking upwards, and smiling. Trance tilts her head to the side, grins, and runs off, tail uncoiling from the ladder as she goes. 10:01"You're lucky to be alive" (to Beka.) 10:13 (Rev.) "Why do I get the feeling that we're on the wrong side?"(Shot of Trance looking dubiously at Gerentex and co.) 10:18 "Fine, then I say we quit, get out of our contract, and leave." (After looking at this a couple of times in a row, it seeems as if she says this fully aware of what will come next, but that might just be me.) 10:36 " No, that's okay, I meant what I said. We should not be here, this is his ship, and we should let him have it! Now, I'm not going to speak for anyone else here, but I'm done, I quit." 10:51 "You mean I can... just leave?" (hesitantly) (Gerentex):"Oh I insist.." (Trance glances over at Beka) (Gerentex):"In fact, I'll uuuh......give you a hand!"( Gerentex pulls gun, shoots Trance, she gasps, falls.) 25:52 "I'd listen to him, if I were you." 25:59 "Thanks to Dylan, and his ship. They saved me when everyone else had given me up for dead. Now if you listen to them, maybe they can do the same for you." 26:28' Y..you'll have to excuse us, it's just that we've... never met anyone who could blow up a sun before" (Is she speaking for Tyr as well?) 27:09 "Armory ready" 27:21 (apprehensively) "What is that? 27:50 "Acting armsmaster Trance Gemini, nova deployment authorized, uuuuh....retro..nine ..blue.. strike.. five.. nine.. five" 31:16 "We're clear! We made it !" (Seems relieved, glances towards Beka) 31:45 "I think you just made the menu." 32:25 "She's like that, don't take it personally" 32:47 Dylan:"Allright, let's go hunting" (Trance looks at him, and raises her eyebrows, as if she possibly knows something everyone else doesn't.) 36:55 " I thought you might say that." ( Harper:"Trance! You're alive!" 36:58 "Yes.... well, people keep telling me so." (In season 2 the issue of Trance being 'alive or dead' becomes an issue, but I don't know if this remark is relavant to that.) 39:34 " If we agree to come along, how is that any better?" 40:07 "We're with you Bek, whatever you say goes, but....I think it might be kind of fun." (big smile.) --------------------- You might notice that I transcribed some of the action, as well as the lines. This was because those parts seemed relavant to the focus on her character in this ep.
